Abstract

The present research work presents and expresses the outlooks of the writers regarding the relationship present across total quality management (TQM), human resources management, competitiveness and ISO 9000 and the effect of this relation on the insurability of business. Today’s highly competitive environment forces enterprises to pay attention to quality and human resources needs in order to be sustainable. The suggested conceptual models would assist the interested persons to take a better comprehension of the relationship among the practices and one by one execution to enhance and improve commercial presentation and performance.
