Oman Chapter of AJBMR is licensed & copyrighted under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

The editorial board of the Oman Chapter of AJBMR shares a common vision of providing unrestricted access to knowledge, education, and research for all. It follows OPEN ACCESS POLICY to showcase its content. The Kuwait Chapter of AJBMR follows the Open Access and Copyright Licensing Policy on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global knowledge exchange.

The authors submitting and publishing in AJBMR agree to the copyright policy under creative common license. Under this license, the authors published in AJBMR retain the copyright including publishing rights of their scholarly research work. They agree to let others remix, tweak, and build upon their work non-commercially. All other authors using the content of AJBMR are required to cite the author(s) and publisher in their work. Articles of AJBMR can be read and shared for noncommercial purposes under the following conditions:

BY: Attribution must be given to the source (Attribution)

NC: Works may not be used for commercial purposes (Noncommercial)

ND: If the work remix, transform, or builds upon the material, work may not distribute the modified work

The AJBMR uses the CC BY-NC-ND to protect the author’s work from misuse.

Definition of Open Access Publication
An Open Access Publication meets the following two conditions:
- The author(s) and the copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
- A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable Open Access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.
