The Arabian Journal of Business and Management Review (Oman Chapter) serves as a platform for disseminating research and academic excellence in business and management. As business and management encompass continuous processes essential to the production and distribution of goods and services to meet human needs, this journal is dedicated to advancing scholarship in these areas. The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles monthly, with contributions evaluated by an esteemed editorial board composed of members from around the globe. We encourage research in key areas such as business, commodities, human resources, marketing, and sales, focusing on Islamic banking. The rigorous review process involves assessments by the editorial board and external experts. Acceptance of any manuscript for publication requires the approval of three independent reviewers, in addition to that of the editor. The Arabian Journal of Business and Management Review (Oman Chapter) is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December.
