THE STUDY OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM AND THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATING - CULTURAL FACTORS ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCES

The aim of the research was to study the performance evaluation system and the influence of motivating - cultural factors on employees’ performances for Lorestan Grain Corporation. This study was practical due to its objectives, and was descriptive due to its methodology. The statistical society included all 152 employees (between the years of 2008 until 2009) of Lorestan Grain Corporation among whom the researchers selected 108 persons randomly and using Talkman Table. In order to collect the data needed, the researchers used, in addition to library researches, a questionnaire for an evaluation on 90 persons. The alpha coefficient for test reliability was 0.901 which was calculated by SPSS software. Finally, the result showed that motivating factors influencing on employees’ performance consist of identification, growth, job nature, responsibility, and success; and cultural factors influencing on performance consist of paying attention to details, challenging, paying attention to employees, paying attention to results, paying
attention to team, innovation, stability and constancy. Consequently, the researchers concluded that performance evaluation had a significant influence on employees’ performance and the current system was accepted by Lorestan Grain Corporation employees.
