Studies on OPEC organizational behavior have used numerous games. The games as games
theory are effective in solving many macroeconomic issues. Furthermore, there are different
pricing policies designed for public sector activities that often follow monopolistic conditions in
different countries. Iran is the world's largest gas exporter in the world after Russia, and Qatar
comes at third level; therefore Russia, Iran and Qatar are the key players in determining the gas
price. This study aims to investigate and explain the role of these three countries in determining
the gas price.
